RETURN POLICY

IN-STORE + ONLINE RETURN POLICY

The Covet Collective is glad to accept returns of new, unworn merchandise with all tags attached + sales receipt within 14 days of purchase for store credit. All returns will be refunded to a gift card that does not expire. 

All in-store + online sales + promotions do not apply to previous purchases + only on in stock items with no price adjustments given.

All holiday gifts purchased starting November 1st can be exchanged with a gift receipt up until January 15th. After January 15th returns will not be accepted. 

ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN:

Jewelry, intimates, personal care goods (such as beauty products), hair accessories, perishables (flowers, candy, food items), all sale items, preloved items (vintage & consignment), and special orders. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

STEPS FOR ONLINE RETURNS: 

All returns will be pre-authorized. Email hello@thecovetcollective.com with the order #, items you are returning + the reason for the return. All online orders will be refunded to a gift card only. Items must be returned in appropriate packaging (original if possible). We will issue you a  return shipping label for $7.95 that must be printed within 24 hours or it will be automatically voided. All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the receipt date. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 19 E. Market St Suite #2 Rhinebeck, NY 12572. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Returns will be processed within 3 days after we receive the returned merchandise. You will be notified via email or text once your gift card has been issued.  

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

We reserve the right to refuse a return that does not meet our return policy.
